I'm joining a gym today, I'm gaining weight that fast, I need to act fast before I end up obese..
I need to lose a few stone and tone up whilst I do it.
I can do it, I've done it before I'll do it again.
It's the sugary cravings I need to control so I'm also going to be fasting at least 20 hours a day.
The next few days will be tough but I was raised a strong woman so I have very faith I can do it.
Well, wish me luck. Let's start this new healthy journey.
